SM 4.5.1 crash on start

    I've got a problem whereby SM crashes every time on start. I've deleted the "current.sml" inside the folder called "Layouts" inside the Style Master folder and it still crashes. I've even removed the application and reinstalled fresh but still have this problem. I'm running XP and recently downloaded IE7. Considering you make use of IE6 somehow could this be a problem?

    I am also having this problem. I contacted John and he suggested upgrading to 4.6, but that didn't fix it. I'm also using IE7, do you think that is the issue causing this? I've been able to us SM before and this just started happening. But I don't remember if I used SM w/out problems after installing IE7. I'm really bummed I can't use SM. Can anyone help resolve this issue?

    Hi,

    one thing that may hp is removing the registry entries for Style Master.

    In the Start menu choose Run... and paste the following: C:\WINDOWS\regedit.exe
    Click ok
    Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\Style Master 4.5
    Select Style Master 4.6, then hit the delete key
