  1. First, SM is my favorite CSS editor and the one I use 90% of the time.

After updating another CSS editor, I found that a feature was added that is useful. With the stylesheet and image folder on the local drive you can enter an URL as the preview source.

The editor duplicates the source file in the preview window, which allows the user to make necessary changes. Once changes are made it is a simple matter of uploading the newly revised CSS file.

If this feature is available on SM, I haven't found it. If this feature isn't available with SM, PLEASE CONSIDER ADDING it in the next version.

Goto "Preview" >> "Manage Preview Documents..."

Select the Online tab, type in url, click Add URL, and click OK.

Finally, use the popup list below the Design Pane to select the preview URL. This doesn't work unless your style sheet has been saved at least once so it has a location as well.

    Thanks Cary,

yes, it's been there for several years - you'll typically find new features in other tools have been round in Style Master some time ;-)

  4. Cary & John,

Thanks for the info. Figured there was a way. Now I can go back to using SM 100% of the time.

BTW Is there a way to make SM's next manual searchable?
